Cosil Solutions is a strategic dispute consultancy and accredited mediation practice. Our work may include dispute assessment, document and evidence review, complaint support, tribunal preparation, negotiation and settlement support, independent review, stakeholder engagement and mediation.

We do not conduct court proceedings or provide legal representation. Where legal advice, reserved legal services or representation are required, clients should instruct an appropriately authorised solicitor or attorney.

3. Consultancy and mediation

When engaged as a dispute consultant, we support one client with assessment, preparation and strategy. When appointed as mediator, we act independently and impartially for the process. We do not advise either party or determine the outcome. We do not perform both roles in the same dispute.

4. No guarantees

Disputes depend on their evidence, participants, procedure and wider circumstances. We do not guarantee settlement, recovery, savings, a particular decision or any other outcome.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care over website content but do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular matter. Content may become outdated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
