Insley Ettienne has worked in the housing and property sector since 2003. That foundation spans policy and procedure development, lease and compliance review, right to buy, enfranchisement, right to manage, service charge matters, disrepair, and breach of lease.
From 2013, that experience developed into direct involvement in complex and high-value disputes, including matters exceeding ?200,000, with exposure to tribunal proceedings, mediation and formal dispute processes.
The value of that experience is judgement: knowing when a matter needs mediation, when it needs clearer records, when it needs complaint review, when professional input should sit alongside the work, and when the most proportionate next step is not the most obvious one.
