The R.E.S.O.L.V.E. Framework
All Cosil Solutions work is structured using the RESOLVE framework. This is a proprietary methodology that brings consistency and accountability to every engagement. It ensures each matter is properly diagnosed before any intervention is designed, that stakeholders are understood and aligned, and that outcomes are proportionate and documented. The framework applies equally to a single mediation session and a complex multi-month consultancy engagement.
Strategic and Structured
Clear objectives, steady progress and proportionate action.
Collaborative and Practical
Open communication and grounded, workable solutions.
Clarity and Confidence
Issues and evidence are structured so decisions feel informed and controlled.
Outcome-Driven
Practical agreements that support long term improvement, not short term fixes.
Proven Impact
Saves time, reduces cost and supports better decision making through structured intervention.
We work systematically
We look at patterns, root causes and the cumulative decisions that determine how a situation develops. We do not respond to surface presentations of a problem without first understanding what is driving it.
Independent guidance
We work alongside internal teams and legal advisers. We do not provide legal advice. Our role is to provide independent structure, clear analysis and practical guidance. All engagements are handled with discretion.
